MAS.640.R1 Weighing Module

 
The MAS.640.R1 Weighing Module enables weighing with an impressive readability of 1 mg. This is an OEM product designed primarily for integration into machines and production lines.

 

 

MAS.R1 Weighing Module and Possible Applications

Its compact size and ability to operate without a weighing terminal have made the MAS module a great choice for companies involved in production automation and for machine and automation equipment developers. You will use it in processes that require control, batching and filling. Communication with the MAS Weighing Module can be performed using the ASCII character communication protocol – Radwag CBCP available on the RS232 port.

Compatible Accessories

  • R Weighing Terminal
Physical operator panel with LCD display. As well as displaying the mass, it allows the module’s parameters to be operated and configured.
  • R-Panel computer program
A virtual version of the weighing terminal that allows the module to be operated by computer. It enables access to all the buttons and functions found on the (physical) R terminal, including tare, zeroing or parameter setting. Communication between the R-Panel and the module is via an RS232 interface. The automatic search algorithm for the weighing module greatly facilitates the connection.
  • Splitter PT0487 
Enables the module to be connected simultaneously to the R Weighing Terminal and a device using the RS232 port (e.g. computer, PLC).
  • Cable P0108.5
