You have a right to return an unused product and get refund. Product must be in perfect condition as delivered to you. If you want to cancel your order you must inform us within 14 days from delivery, then you have 14 days to send it back. We have 14 days after receiving it back to return money. You don't need to explain the cause of return. You bear the cost of returning the product.
