The MAS.R2 Weighing Module enables weighing with an impressive readability. This is an OEM product designed primarily for integration into machines and production lines.

 

 

MAS Weighing Module and Possible Applications

Its compact size and ability to operate without a weighing terminal have made the MAS module a great choice for companies involved in production automation and for machine and automation equipment developers. You will use it in processes that require control, batching and filling. Communication with the MAS Weighing Module can be performed using the ASCII character communication protocol – Radwag CBCP available on the RS232 port.

Recommended accessories

R-Panel computer program

Virtual version of the weighing terminal; enables the module to be operated via a computer. It provides all the buttons and functions found on the (physical) R terminal, including for taring, zeroing or parameter setting. Communication between the R-Panel software and the MAS module is achieved by means of an RS232 interface. The automatic search algorithm of the weighing module translates into an easy connection.

 

 

 

R Weighing Terminal

Physical operator’s panel with LCD display. It not only displays the mass, but also allows the operation and configuration of the module parameters.

 

 

 

Splitter PT0487

Which allows the MAS module to be connected simultaneously to the R terminal and to a computer, PLC or other device using the RS232 port.
