HY10.150.H5.K Multifunctional Scale
Multifunctional scales HY10 series is designed to fast and precise determination of mass in industrial conditions.
The HY10 scales
features a terminal PUE HY10 series in stainless steel housing and a single load cell weighing platform.
The HY10 series scales is made of stainless steel OH18N9 including the weighing platform, and it is equipped with 10,1”colourful touch screen display, keyboard with numeric and function keys.
The scales enables cooperation with an additional weighing platforms.
Additionally, the HY10 series offers full functionality available in the terminal PUE HY10 series:
- programmable display and function keys,
- designing custom printout templates,
- designing text data indicated on terminal display.
Multifunctional scales HY10 series is offered with a terminal connected to a weighing platform through a cable.
Scales HY10 series is available in dual range version on surcharge.
Dedicated Applications
Smart Editor
The application is intended for scales equipped with the HY10 terminal. It does not require any additional installations. Enter the terminal’s address in the browser address field and log in.
The application enables:
- remote databases editing
- import of images from the graphic file to the scale
- labels import from lb file to the scale
- creating and preview of report, e.g. Workflow
- dosing processes operation
Smart Display
The application allows to personalise the scale screen and display it on a computer. The Smart Display enables customization of the display screen in a simple and clear way.
Place the individual elements on a grid visible on the screen. These elements can be further scaled to suit user needs.
When operated directly on the scale, the user gets a new, refreshed look with the possibility of any configuration of the home screen.
If the application is operated via a computer browser, it enables remote control of the desktop or setting larger mass indication window.
The Workflow Module
will improve work in your company. It enables developing a path of customized weighing process adapted to individual requirements of a particular production system, and next sending it to all weighing instruments cooperating with the E2R. The given process is started on the weighing instrument upon operator logging or after selecting a product, a formulation or an ingredient to which it is assigned. Modifications are made with use of convenient and intuitive interface.
