DWM HY10 Basic Checkweigher
The DWM HY10 Basic Checkweigher is a compact device that guarantees 100% inspection of a production batch. It is easy to install and integrate into the production line. A number of ready-made components simplify the scale’s adaptation to the requirements of a specific production line.
Precise Measurement and Easy Operation
The device provides a capacity of up to 150 pcs/min. It guarantees precise measurement, records data to a database, rejects defective products with an integrated rejecter, and prepares a specialized inspection report. Thanks to the 10.1-inch display and user-friendly interface, operation of the scale is easy and comfortable.
Speed, Accuracy and Resistance
The DWM HY10 Basic Checkweigher is equipped with a reliable MWMH series measuring unit – a magnetoelectric system. MWMH guarantees high speed, readability and resistance to mechanical shock. Maintenance-free BLDC type motors were used to drive the scale. The structure and control cabinet are made of stainless steel. The correctness of data recording and storage is supervised by the SQL database system. The large, capacious database makes it possible to register any number of operators and assortments.

10.1-Inch Color Display with Touch Panel
If you waste your time scrolling up and down the screen several times, a large display will be an ergonomic tool for you. A 10.1-inch display will allow you to see more information at once or even an entire document at once. Our display is not only large, but also color and touch. A color screen means clearer menus, and the touch panel translates into a comfortable work experience.
Magnetoelectric Measuring Module: Speed and Readability
The MWMH module enables reading of real results with unprecedented readability and stunning repeatability. The device has been made in accordance with HACCP, GMP and FDA standards for safety and quality of operation. This means that its mechanical design, devoid of sharp edges and narrow gaps, predestines the module to work in the most demanding conditions.
The measurement speed achieved by the MWMH module makes it possible to use it in automated production lines. For fast and dynamic measurement processes, the weighing module’s transducer can operate at a sampling rate of 3200 pom/s.
Brushless Motors: Longer Life and Quieter Operation
The maintenance-free BLDC-type motors we used in the scales have a longer life, higher efficiency and lower failure rate than their brushed counterparts. They are lighter and quieter and allow continuous operation at maximum torque. They have large power ranges and accurate speed control.
Pneumatic Discriminator System: Reliability, Precision and Simplicity
We have equipped the scale with a pneumatic discriminator that rejects defective products. The principle of the pneumatic discriminator system relies on compressed air being released when a defective product is detected. The main advantages of pneumatic systems are considered to be reliability, precision of operation and simplicity.
SQL Database: Seamless Cooperation and Reliable Data
Relational databases (SQL databases) have a number of advantages that make data management easier. First, they allow you to add, delete and modify data in real time without disturbing other users. In addition, SQL databases reduce data redundancy associated with insertions and deletions, and thus allow you to maintain the accuracy and speed of processing a large batch of transactions.
